Hello, I'm just starting to learn about C-Log and I have a few questions. Why did you use a low shutter speed and high ISO in the video at 2:18? Wouldn't that affect the video results and make it noisy? Or do ISO and shutter not work the same way when using C-Log, so it doesn't matter if the ISO is that high?

Well done, Ron. The Avata 2 camera def has more dynamic range and Transition. Its def an upgrade from the Avata 1 imo. Btw i knew you made this video, but i never got notified for it. I just watched the rerun of DN and was reminded. 🤘

Good stuff, just a bit surprised BMPC6K or the BMCC6K are not here. They are cinema cameras with incredible dynamic range and color. If someone wants to get into the field, they wouldnt have to care so much about their autofocus capability, which is weak. Their value for buck is insane high, murdering most of the cameras on this list. Yes cinema camera, most people might not be interested in that here, but for informational purposes it has to be highlighted. Even amateurs can benefit from it a lot, who are passionate about filmmaking and shooting great videos.

I’ve commented this on other videos, but if Sony put dual cards in their latest apsc bodies then it’d be a no brainer for me.

I have watched a 100 videos on Editing and yours was the best I've seen for beginners. It gave a good orientation without overwhelming and covers many of the challenges I have faced starting out and how to avoid them and keep it simple for best success and growth later on.

I tried Alister Chapman Luts and they are too saturated (very orange in color). Can you make a video on how to use these Luts?

What about canon M50? Canon R50? Sony A6400? Are they good for a first camera for videography? Which one has a flat profile?

So, even for your fast moving drone shots you use 24FPS? I’ll be using mine for karting so was thinking as it’s fast moving I don’t want less than 60 FPS
